红枣热风干燥试验过程的热质衡算及经济效益分析
Analysis to Economic Benefit and Mass and Heat Balance of Jujube Hot Air Drying Process
摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the economical benefit and mass and heat balance during the process of Jujube hot air drying .For improving energy-saving technology which saved energy and high efficiency and high-quality and high-efficient on the jujube drying drying time , drying rate and energy consumption was observed under the different wind temperature(45℃, 55℃, 65℃) and speed(0.5m/s, 1.0m/s, 2.0m/s).The result shows that heat and mass transfer of jujube in drying room increased at 55℃,1.0m/s.The drying efficiency improved and provided the theoretical basis for energy conservation and technical progress .关键词
