摘要

Abstract

To effectively achieve the effect of drying peppers , the three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics model of peppers drying box and structural optimization model of peppers dryer based on CFD analysis are established .The flow field of pepper dryer is investigated by simulation .Then optimize the structure of multi-parameters based on the simula-tion results, and then achieve the more reasonable structure and parameters .the entrance angle at 60°, the height of front and back baffle in 34cm, the gap in 10cm, the umbonate baffle effect is the best .
