型孔轮式排种器排种性能的仿真分析-基于离散元法
Simulation Analysis for Seeding Performance of Hole-Wheel Seedmeter-Based on Discrete Element Method

Abstract
In order to explore suitable working speed of the metering on hole-wheel seedmeter and reduce the test cost . The discrete element method ( DEM) simulation model of hole-wheel seedmete was established , and the simulation anal-ysis was conducted on the motion processes of rapeseeds by five kinds of speed hole -wheel .The movement locus of rape-seeds was videoed .The distribution law of activity seeds was determined , and it were respectively studied the relation-ships between the rotate speed of hole-wheel and seeding amount ,seeding uniformity and the consistency of total seeding amount in each row .The simulation results showed that activity seeds churned by hole wheel principally distributed along the surface of the hole-wheel with three layer .With the increase of rotate speed , the seeding amount per minute had in-creased ,the seeding amount per revolution had reduced oppositely .When the rotate speed is between 20r/min to 60r/min,its seeding uniformity coefficient variation was 14%~31% and the consistency coefficient variation of total seeding amount in each row was 2 .94%~4 .6%.when the rotate speed is exceed 80 r/min ,a miss-seeding is appeared .This paper provide data for designateing suitable working speed of the metering on hole -wheel seedmeter .关键词
