小型多功能马铃薯种植机的设计与试验
Design and Test of Multifunctional Small Potato Planting Machine

Abstract
Potato planting operation procedure of large labor intensity ,and potato planting mechanization is in a low level , mechanical planting operation of poor sowing quality in China at present , most need manual assistant operation .In view of the above problems , a multifunctional small potato planting machine was designed that can complete the work of rotary tillage , fertilizing , ditching , seeding , soil covering , ridging , laying of drip irrigation belt , film and other operations in once performance .The ridging device driven by hydraulic pressure adjustable ridging width , the realization of ridge width adjustable that to meet different agronomic requirements .Adding drip tape laying device , can realize the sowing in ridge and film laying drip irrigation belt , and is conducive to water saving and production increasing drought prevention .The field production test showed that the average distance deviation rate is 7.258%, the average leakage sowing rate is 1.072%, and the average reseeding rate is 1 .286%.The operation effect is good , and the performance indicators are in line with"technical specifications"potato planting machine quality evaluation standard requirements .关键词
