甜菜起拔力影响因素的试验研究
The Experimental Research on the Influence Factors of Sugar Beet Pulling Force
摘要
Abstract
In order to determine the digging location of sugar beet , the field experiments were carried out by using the principle of test design .The orthogonal experiment method was employed to analyze the influence of key parameters on pulling force .The coupling effect of pulling force and digging location on sugar beet were studied by the design of quad -ratic orthogonal rotational combinations .And the quadratic response surface model of the digging depth and digging dis-tance on beet pulling force were established .Based on the field measure experiment of "KWS3148"sugar beet planting situation , appropriate range of all parameters can be determined , which provide guideline for unit experiment .With the aid of the Design-Expert software , the influence rule of parameters on the pulling force was studied for structure design and research of sugar beet digging equipment .And the optimal parameter combination was obtained that digging depth is 195 mm, digging distance is 41 mm.The result provides design basis and reference data for sugar beet digging equip-ment.关键词
