Kinematics Analysis and Experiment on Transplanting Apparatus of 2 ZBZ-2 A Transplanter

Abstract
Transplanting apparatus is the core component of the transplanter , which can largely affect the quality of plant-ing.With the aim to figure out the impact of transplanting apparatus characteristic parameters of 2ZBZ-2A transplanter on kinematic characteristics , mathematical modeling was built .Meanwhile , the kinematics mathematical equation with transplanting apparatus parameters was deduced in this article .Based on the theoretical derivation , a virtual prototype model with MATLAB of transplanting apparatus was established to be used for kinematic characteristics and transplanting trajectory analysis .It shows that changing the length ℓ1 of driving crank AD is sensitive to hole size , but low-impact on outline of static trajectory , the initial phase θof the double crank has relatively largely influence on the height of static trajectory and planting gesture .Field trials was conducted , which of the result showed that , under the condition of ℓ1 =103,θ1 =330°,θ2 =327°,average transplanting spacing was 400.3mm, average planting depth was 61.3mm, average planting efficiency was 33 .7 seedlings per minute , average upright degree was 84 .3 °,consistent with the theoretical anal-ysis and meet the requirement of transplanter design .关键词
