摘要

Abstract

The mechanism of pick-up film met the questions during the modeling process , spring –tine not rotate , screw part rock , shells and tines not buried , negative volume and other key issues .Modeling analysis has been playing the tine in the process of operation stress and strain of the size and distribution .The results show that , during the Tine op-erating , buried in the critical point , the stress and strain of playing the tooth reaches its maximum power is always at a low level ( less than 200W); Tine maximum stress and strain appear to bear in Tine root site , the minimum stress and strain appeared in parts of shells spiral tines .
