摘要

Abstract

Pick-up mechanism is an important part of residual film recycling machine , and its role is digging residual film.This paper designed a spring-tooth picking mechanism for concisely outlining the design requirement and basic structure of such devices designed for this purpose , and also searching for the kinematics analysis .In order to find the geometric parameters and working parameters effect on institutions in various combinations , the optimal combination of the parameters is identified as the spring-tooth speed is 750r/min, the embedded depth of spring-tooth is 80mm, and the angle of falling residual film is 35 °.The experiment results show that this spring-tooth picking mechanism has the advan-tages of simple structure , convenient manufacture and stable working performance .
