Roller Bat’ s Kinematical Simulation and Analysis for Roller Stripping-type Cotton Harvester
摘要
Abstract
This paper presents the essential structures and working principle of a brand new roller stripping -type cotton picker .It concerns the modeling of three-dimensional picker unit using three-dimensional design software;and primary kinematics simulation of the picker under ADAMS-based virtual prototype environment and acquiring the motion relation-ship of axial-direction cotton beaters of roller .The simulated conclusion indicates that the polygonal effect in roller chain drive makes bats produce the vibration and strike on touched cotton plants .Moreover , the increase of the rotation speed of stripping roller is observably capable of obtaining an acceleration rise on beaters .The result of simulation provides a certain foundation and reference for theory analysis .关键词
