Abstract
With the aim to solve the problems of plant spacing , gap and vibration amplitude of the seeding which could not be adjusted , and the unsatisfactory effect of vibration , the seeding-unit of 2 CMX-4 B-type seeder was redesigned . The spacing adjustment device could adjust the spacing by the way of replacing the sprockets , it could adjust the planting spacing easily depending on the require of different land and different potato varieties ; the amplitude adjustment device contained the trapezoidal bump and adjustment handle , it could shake off the extra potatoes which were in potato tuber bowl and the amplitude could be adjusted;the gap adjusting device could adjust the gap by the potato guide tube and ad-justment screw , it could regulate the relative position between the potato guide tube and the potato tuber bowl easily , and the problem of leakage or double seeding could be solved completely .The results showed that the indicators of the rede-signed potato planter were in line with national standards .What is more , it could improve the quality of work and en-hanced the adaptability of potato planter for different regions and different potato varieties .关键词
