Design and Finite Element Analysis of the Detachable Chisel Type Deep Loosening Shovel

Abstract
According to the cohesive soil in southern China aggravated the conventional deep loosening shovel working re -sistance problems , a soil of good performance and small working resistance of the chisel type deep loosening shovel is de -veloped .To achieve the target , the edge shape and the penetration angle of the chisel type blade and the shape of the shovel handle curve are improved.Using ANSYS workbench to design the blade structural statics analysis, with the analysis of deep tillage conditions at the maximum, the maximum stress and strain are respectively 378.82MPa and 0.001 9mm, less than the deep loosening shovel selected material yield strength , illustrated that the design is reasona-ble, to provide feasible scheme design for the Southern Deep loosening shovel .关键词
