适宜稻板田油菜免耕移栽的开沟器设计
A Design of Furrow Opener Suitable for No-tillage Transplanting Rape in Paddy Field
摘要
Abstract
Taking rice rape rotation zone of the lower reached of the Yangtze River as investigation object , the implement becomes heavier and confronted with bigger resistance from ditching and scarifying , and furrow opener may easily be winded with grass under the condition of clay soil .The corrugated disc opener is designed to solve the aforementioned problems , effectively used its screw adjusting design .Based on the construction of three-dimensional model of the corru-gated disc opener by PROE , this paper reaches the conclusion that the approaching speed and gravity are the two main influence factors on ditching performance by analysis of mechanical properties .According to the numerical simulation on the furrow’ s soil cutting condition through ANSYS/LS-DYNA, a three-dimensional stress distribution of the furrow model is obtained ,combined with the calculation of the ditching depth is among 70~80mm, while the width is 62mm in certain soil condition .Calculated result is basically matched with that of actual well conditions .关键词
