基于 ADAMS 运秧车带式输送梯的设计与仿真分析
Design and Simulation of the Belt Conveying Ladder of Transportation Seedling Vehicle Based on ADAMS
摘要
Abstract
Direct to the problem that carrying seedling from ridge to rice seedling transporter by labor , we designed a belt conveying ladder system of transportation seedling vehicle ,however , the study of the belt conveying ladder mainly re-main in static and only a few studies are about the dynamic at present .This paper adopts the way that building three-di-mensional of conveying ladder、dynamic simplified model and constraining and loading on model ,amodel of the dynamic characteristic of the belt conveying is established , Speed charateristic and Amplitude Characteristics of transverse vibra-tion of the belt conveying ladder were obtained by dynamic simulation for model .The result show that the design of the conveying ladder can meet actual needs and consistent with the characteristics of the theory , thus,canmeet the require-ment of the dynamic study of the belt conveying ladder very well .关键词
