摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the characteristics of civil aircraft maintenance of many tasks, high costs and vast differences of maintenance intervals, an optimization model of group maintenance scheme for civil aircrafts is proposed based on group maintenance policy. The maintenance cost of civil aircraft is divided into shuting down cost for preventive maintenance, cost for components including consumptive material cost and labor cost for preventive maintenance, trouble shooting cost for unscheduled maintenance and loss for failure. The influences of the group maintenance scheme on daily utilization ratio and average maintenance cost efficiency of civil aircraft are researched. An opti-mization model of group maintenance scheme for civil aircrafts is established with a basic regular in-spection interval and maintenance task intervals as optimization variables,the daily utilization ratio and reliability of civil aircrafts as constraints and the minimality of the maintenance cost as the objective function. A group maintenance scheme is made for CRJ200 conditioner system, a basic regular inspection interval for the civil aircraft is obtained and the maintenance task intervals for components are adjusted to achieve global optimum,which affirms the availability of the optimization model of group maintenances scheme.
