摘要

Abstract

Cyclocarya paliurus callus induced with its aseptic seedling were cultured in suspension culture. The types of basic medium, hormone formulations were studied to select the suitable Cyclocarya paliurus production of secondary metab⁃olites in plant cell suspension culture system. The results were shown as follows:The best medium of Cyclocarya paliurus suspension cell culture medium was MS, hormone formulations was 1.0 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L KT. The basic medium was MS which could increase the suspension cell dry weight and the production of secondary metabolites in the medium.B1(1�0 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L KT)hormone formulations was propitious to flavonoids accumulation in cell suspension.B3(1�0 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L TDZ) hormone formulations was propitious to polysaccharides accumulation in cell suspension.B2 (0�5 mg/L 2,4-D+0.3 mg/L NAA)hormone formulations was propitious to triterpenoid accumulation in cell suspension. Types of basic medium, hormone formulations on accumulation of secondary metabolites in Cyclocarya paliurus suspension cells were preliminarily selected. The results laid the foundation for the Cyclocarya paliurus suspension cell culture system.
