干旱胁迫对夏蜡梅幼苗生理特征的影响
Effects of drought stress on physiological characters of Sinocalycanthus chinensis seedlings

Abstract
For seeking suitable irrigation measurement, the effect of drought stress on physiological characteristics and main mechanism of drought resistance of one year old Sinocalycanthus chinensis seedlings were studied by an experiment of pot water controlling method.The results showed that the activities of enzyme integrated co⁃operately to drought stress, and there was a great relationship between enzyme activities and content of malondialdehyde ( MDA ) . Soluble protein (SP) increased slowly during the period of drought,while free proline(Pro) increased rapidly.Principlal component a⁃nalysis showed that Sinocalycanthus chinensis seedings could tolerate mild drought and moderate or severe drought might harm the seedling. In eastern China,Sinocalycanthus chinensis used as garden tree should be paid attention on irrigation in dry season.关键词
