面向气象雷达数据传输的流媒体流量控制研究
Researches on Efficient Radar Data Transmission Control Mechanisms for Weather Service Networks
摘要
Abstract
Weather radar observations play an important role in meteorological observation especially for short time forecasting. Weather radar generates large volume data and cost long time after getting completed scan file. So,it does not meet the requirements of real-time data merging in radar networking, which needs collection of multiple radar date at same time. The weather Radar data Transmission Algorithm using Streaming Media technology( SM-RTA) was proposed, which is based on radar data acquisition process and characteristics, combined with modified RTP/RTCP congestion judgment,and designed fairness nonlinear flow control program. Simulation results show that the SM-RTA can decrease data loss rate,delay and jitter to get more stable real-time services in IP network.关键词
