Micro-displace Measurement Based on Self-mixing Interference of Fiber Laser
摘要
Abstract
Micro-displacement measurement based on self-mixing interference using a fiber laser system is demonstrated. Si-nusoidal phase modulation technique is introduced into the fiber laser self-mixing interference measurement system to improve the measurement resolution. The phase can be demodulated by four-integrating-bucket method. Error sources are e-valuated in detail, and the system is experimentally applied to reconstruct the motion of a high-precision commercial translation stage. The displacement measurement accuracy is well beyond one half wavelength. It provides a practically solution for displacement measurement based on all fiber sensing applications with high precision.关键词
