摘要

Abstract

Due to the advantages of its feasibility,high accuracy,simultaneous qualitative and quantitative analysis,as well as the content determination without its own reference substance,Quantitative Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(QNMR)has been widely used in various pharmaceutical fields including development of new drug,research of pharmaceutical reference substance,quality control,and metabolomics. Nowadays,this technology has been adopted as the standard method by the United States Pharmacopeia, British Pharmacopeia, European Pharmacopeia, Japanese Pharmacopeia, and Chinese Pharmacopeia. This paper reviews the principles,methods and applications of QNMR and predicts its perspectives.
