纳米Fe3 O4负载镍催化剂的制备及其催化加氢性能
Preparation and Properties of a Highly Active Ni/mesoporous Fe3O4 Catalyst
摘要
Abstract
By using FeSO4·7H2 O as a single iron source,with the help of ammonium hydroxide as the precipitating agent,a uniform size of cubic Fe3 O4 nanoparticles are prepared by the improved chemical co-precipitation method. The mesoporous Fe3 O4 is prepared by a sol-gel method,which is fabricated by using CTAB as template. The Ni/mesoporous Fe3 O4 catalyst is prepared by decomposing NTC on mesoporous Fe3O4. The crystalline structure,morphology and magnetic property of Ni/MFe3 O4 are characterized by transmission electron microscopy( TEM) ,selected area electron diffraction( SAED) ,X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS),and vibrating magnetometer(VSM). The results indicate that the Ni/MFe3 O4 catalyst is highly active. The 9-phenylanthracene can be completely converted into 9-cyclohexyltetradeca-hydro anthracene over Ni/MFe3 O4 catalyst,and the conversions of 9-phenylanthracene is up to 86.7%.关键词
