Abstract
It is important to protect the intellectual property on the experience inheritance of distinguished and veteran doctors of traditional chinese medicine(TCM). On the basis of defining the connotation of their experience and stakeholders, the thesis analyzes the deficiency of using the current intellectual property system to protect their legal rights and put forward the measures.关键词
