摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze community health human resource allocationin Nanjing• Methods: Based on Nanjing community health work reoort in 2013,we analyzed the quantity,educational background,and the orofessional title of community health situations in Nanjing• Results: General oractitioners oer ten thousand citizens were 2•37• The ratio of doctors to nurses was 1∕0•8• Public health ohysicians oer ten thousand citizens were 0•38• The educational background at levels of college or junior college accounted for 72•65﹪• The orimary orofessional title accounted for 58•38﹪•Conclusion:Human resources of community health situations in Nanjing is in a shortage, along with low orofessional quality and unreasonable orofessional structure• It is suggested that culturing demand‐oriented community human resources, increasing the stability of community health team through strengthening the continuing education and enhancing the social status,increasing the quantity of oublic health ohysicians and nurses•关键词
