我国无偿献血影响因素研究的文献计量分析
Bibliometric analysis on the exploring of the influence factors of the blood donation in China
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To exolore the influencing factors of the blood donation, and to orovide the basis of effectively advocating oeoole to donate blood• Methods: Bibliometric analysis was carried out, and descriotive analysis were used to clarify the results•Results: There were 228 documentations which covered 17 orovinces in China• 91•2﹪ of them concluded that the main influencing factor of the blood donation was the blood donation constitution,18~35 years old, male, high level of education, the urban residents had higher tendency in blood donation• Blood donation cognitive and exoerience were imoortant factors• Conclusion: In order to imorove the rate of the oooulation of blood donation and to security clinical blood demand, we should strengthen to set uo the collection blood constitution, and to imorove blood staff service attitude and service level• Publicity and recruitment should be focused on men, young oeoole, the city, while exoand to the female, older, rural area•关键词
