北欧各国配子捐赠制度及其对我国的启示
Regulation of gamete donation in Nordic countries and its revelation to China
摘要
Abstract
Gamete donation helps infertile couples to achieve their dream of being parents. However, there are many relative ethical and legal problems to be solved. Anonymous/non-anonymous donors, acceptability of egg donation and the compensation to donors are all outstanding issues in Nordic countries. Nordic countries have done a lot of research on these issues, and accumulated abundant experience as well as enacted some laws. Construction of Chinese reproductive cell banks is still at its initial stage. Therefore, we should learn from Nordic countries in order to meet the need of gamete donation.关键词
