摘要
Abstract
The transmission line conductors were affected by the sandstorm in Alashan, and metal fitting products were not standardized, so that the cotter pins on the suspension clamp lost seriously. Supplementary cotter pins installation required cutting power supply or equipotential treatment which affected the economic benefits of the company, thus the suspension clamp nut fastener and cotter pin mending device were developed. Cotter pin mending device connected the root of the pin puller and the operating lever, the front of the pin puller was processed to suit for placing cotter pins with reflector; suspension clamp nut fastener utilized gram pump wrench and the root of the pin cutter. By using the new-developed tool, it can not only reduce working programs and improve word efficiency, but also reduce the intensity of operation crews, eventually enhance reliability of the transmission lines.关键词
