Abstract
The low-pressure rotor 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb blade of a 300 MW steam turbine was broken when the unit was running. The methods of chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties measurement, microstructure observation and fracture patterns examination were used in order to analyze fracture cause of blade. The results showed that the main fracture mechanics of blade was corrosion-fatigue cracking. The cracks generated from corrosion pits and extended when the circulate stress was acted on blade. Suggested to monitor the steam-water quality and running state in installing and running.关键词
