摘要

Abstract

The result of a test to oxide skin in high-temperature tube of 350 MW supercritical boiler showed that the weight of oxide skin filled in 4 FHRs topped 20 g, and the thickness was up to 10 mm. Analysis was regarded that the phenomenon was caused by a large thermal deviation between the screens of the FHR in the runtime. And the oxide skin kept peeling resulted from the rate of the overquick speed of inner furnace wall temperature changes. To the problems above, propose to prevent the blockage of the pipeline caused by oxide skin peeling and over temperature, by means of controlling the boiler operating temperature strictly, strengthening the monitoring and adjustment to the thermal deviation of high-temperature surface, reducing the boiler start-stop time, which can provide reference to the similar solvement.
