摘要

Abstract

Shenhua Shendong Thermal Power Co.,Ltd. made transformation on the ignition system of the circulating fluidized bed boiler by changing the ignition oil guns, origined from mechanical atomizing oil gun firing to the higher required oil pressure, resulted in the longer starting ignition time, high fuel consumption and the poor fuel atomization effect. Thus carry out the transformation to the ignition with exchanging the ignition oil guns. Then the ignition time of boiler start-up was shortened by 40.38%, the ignition fuel consumption was reduced by 48.24%. After the unit connected with grid, the normal load was available and increased profits of the power plant. During the ignition process, the CFB bed temperature rised evenly, which could ensure the furnace refractory's preheating and the heating surface's uniform expansion. The ignitionl air temperature was more easily regulated and controlled, which reduced the possibility of overheating of the duct burner, and improved the safety of the boiler ignition start-up. The ignition fuel had been fully burned, and the chimney had no black smoke. The dust collector could be put into operation in time to reduce the dust emission concentration, which was of great siginificance to the increasingly stringent environmental requirements for the enterprise's social profit.
