Abstract
The blade tip small angle releasing problem occured in the operation of Goldwind S50/750 type wind turbine generator system. According to the wind turbine structure and working principle of the system module, combined with the fault phenomenon, found the reason of the small angle releasing problem was due to the unreasonable action pressure on the adjustable relief valve in the hydraulic circuit. Put forward optimization suggestions that adjusting the set value of relief value from 10.8~10.9 MPa to 10.9~11.0 MPa, and the stop building pressure set value was reduced from 10.7 MPa to 10.8 MPa. After optimization and adjustment, adjustable overflow valve action logic was more reasonable, the blade tip small angle release problem was solved.关键词
