几种杂多酸及其盐对亚硝酸根清除效果的比较
Scavenging Effect of Several Heteropoly Acid to Nitrite
摘要
Abstract
By using spectrometric method, the scavenging activity of several common heteropoly acids and their salts, phosphotungstic acid, phosphomolybdic acid, silicotungstic acid, sodium tungstate and sodium molybdate to nitrile ions (NO2-)was measured with Vitamin C(known as L-ascorbic acid)as standard reference material under the simulated solution of gastric juice. The results showed that all the three kinds of heteropoly acids have better scavenging effect than the strong oxidant Vc to nitrite. The sequence of scavenging effect of three heteropoly acids was silicotungstic ac-id>phosphotungstic acid>phosphomolybdic acid, with their EC50 was 0.27mmol/L, 0.35 mmol/L and 0.62 mmol/L, respectively. Sodium tungstate exhibited poor scavenging activity.关键词
