不同炮制方法对月腺大戟总黄酮含量的影响
The Measuring of Total Flavone in Euphorbia Ebracteolata Hayata with Different Artillery Method
摘要
Abstract
The article discussed the change of total flavone quantity via Different Artillery Method. Using detection wavelength at 232.5 nm and rutin as the standard sample. The flavones substances were determined through reflux ex-traction and ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Based on the experiment of single factor, the optimum extraction conditions of total flavone from Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata were studied. The results showed that the content of total flavone in the milk and Terminalia chebula Retz soup artillery product of Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata reduced.关键词
