紫花苜蓿品种种子萌发期的耐盐碱能力分析
Study on Saline-alkali Stress of Alfalfa at Germinating Period
摘要
Abstract
Acomprehensive evaluation of salt tolrance and the physiological response of 6 alfalfa from Saite, Debao, Sandeli, Xinjinagdaye,WL323ML and WL515HQ was studied under different Saline-alkali Stress concentrations in the green house at the seedling stage. And through the Detection of germination index, analysis of different alfalfa varieties salt-tolerance.The results of show that the tendency in 75 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L mixed under salinity stress, six al-falfa varieties of germination rate, germination potential, germ length, germination index and vigor index were lower than control, and the tendency for 100 mmol/L concentration saline treatment below the concentration of the tendency for 75 mmol/L, The obviously of the radicle growth regularity of different alfalfa varieties difference.The studies use of subordinate function analysis, draw Debao and Xinjiangdaye salt tolerance ability is very strong, Saite and WL323ML second, Sandeli and WL525HQ weak salt resistance.关键词
