蒙药治疗80例寻常型银屑病临床观察
Clinical Observation of 80 Cases of Psoriasis Vulgaris Treated with Mongolian Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Mongolian Zhenbao pills on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods:80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), the treatment group orally took Mongolian drug Zhenbao pills;the control group orally took Yinxieling cream, one treatment course was 21d and totally four courses. The skin lesions were observed, the PASI scores were recorded and the efficacies were evaluated. Results:In the treatment group, 24 cases were cured, 8 cases were markedly improved, 5 cases were improved, 3 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 80.0%;in the control group, 10 cases were cured, 16 cases were markedly improved, 9 cases were improved, 5 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 65.0%. Conclusion:Mongolian medicine has a better efficacy than traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.关键词
