Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of improved procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) on severe hemorrhoid. Methods:240 cases of severe hemorrhoid in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 120 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with improved PPH and the control group was treated with traditional PPH, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The incidence rate of crissal edema after surgery in the observation group was 0.83%, in the control group was 9.17%, the observation group was much lower than the control group, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05). The incidence rate of hemorrhoid recurrence and prolapse after surgery in the observation group was 0.00%, in the control group was 8.33%, the observation group was much lower than the control group, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Improved PPH extended the basic operation indications with remarkable therapeutic effect, less complications, less recurrence and prolapse, so it has a high clinical value.关键词
