HPLC测定蒙药嘎日迪五味丸中莽草酸和没食子酸的含量
Determination of Shikimic Acid and Gallic Acid in Mongolian Medicine Garidi-5 Pills by HPLC

Abstract
Objective:To establish the simultaneous determination method of shikimic acid and gallic acid in Garidi-5 pills by HPLC, and to provide a simple, rapid and accurate method for the quality control of Mongolian compound prep-arations. Methods: Shimadzu LC-10ATVP HPLC was used, the column was ODS2 (250mm × 4.6mm,5μm, Dalian Delta Scientific Instrument Company);detector was SPD-10AVP;column temperature was 25℃. Results:the gshikim-ic acid in the range of 0.1-0.5μg, the gallic acid in the range of 0.05-0.25μg, the concentration and the correspond-ing peak area showed a good linear relationship, the regression equation of shikimic acid was Y=1.0 × 107 X-2.1 × 104,r=0.9999;the regression equation of gallic acid was Y=9.0×108 X+3.8×105, r=0.9997;The average recovery of shikimic acid and gallic acid were 101.0%(RSD=1.60%)and 101.6%(RSD=1.75%.) respectively. Conclusion:The method is easy, rapid and reproducible, the result is accurate and reliable, which can provide a good basis for establish-ing the quality standard control for Garidi-5 pills.关键词
