Abstract
Objective:To check the human papillomavirus (HPV) infection among Tongliao area women through taking the gynaecological outpatients as study objects. Methods:Using HPV21 type hybrimax method, 179 gynecological out-patients' cervical specimens were checked for HPV DNA types. Results:The total infection rate of HPV was 17.31%, Many of them were single infection, accounted for 74.19%, the multiple infection rate was 25.81%. 16 kinds of HPV DNA subtypes were checked out, contained 12 high risk and 4 low risk subtypes; The top three infection rate was HPV16, 31 and18. Conclusion:Single infection is main for HPV infection in Tongliao area, also contain multiple in-fection. The common DNA types distribution generally conforms to the Asian population rule, but also has a unique re-gional distribution characteristics.关键词
