摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the correlation of complement factor H with age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Methods:The literature related with the study and new progress in genetic pathogenesis of AMD at home and abroad in lately 20 years was retrieved and analyzed. Results:Complement factor H was significantly associated with the cause of AMD, but there were racial differences. Conclusion:Complement factor H polymorphism plays a very im-portant role in the occurrence of AMD, which provides new directions for taking new early intervention measures, and seeking more effective treatment methods in the future.关键词
