蒙授护理本科生与实习生职业态度现状及对策
The Current Situation of Mongolian Nursing Undergraduates and Mongolian Interns' Professional Attitudes and Its Countermeasure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand the present situation of Mongolian nursing undergraduates and Mongolian nurs-ing interns' professional attitudes. Methods:The descriptive statistics in non-experimental study was adopted. Re-sults:The top five professional attitudes that Mongolian nursing undergraduates mostly concerned were:work environ-ment(V4), economic returns(V13), colleague relationship(V8), supervision relationship(V5), lifestyle(V6). The top five professional attitudes that Mongolian nursing undergraduates mostly concerned were:lifestyle(V6), supervi-sion relationship(V5), work environment(V4), colleague relationship(V8), economic returns(V13). Conclusion:Mongolian nursing undergraduates pay attention to social fairness, material conditions and interpersonal relationship. They do not pay attention to visual aesthetic feeling, altruism and dedication. Mongolian nursing interns focus on mate-rial conditions and interpersonal relations, does not pay attention to social dedication, the diversity of work and the play of management ability. The career expectations value of Mongolian nursing undergraduates is higher than that of Mongolian nursing interns.关键词
