有限深势阱中球壳量子点中极化子的性质
The Properties of Polaron in Spherical Shell Quantum Dot in Finite Potential Well
摘要
Abstract
The ground state properties of polaron in spherical shell quantum dot in finite potential well are studied by using expand the potential function as plane waves , solve precisely energy eigen-equation , variation method and LLP unitary. The numerical results indicate that the ground state energy(the First Excitation State Energy)of polaron increase with increasing the width or height of the potential barrier .When outer radius is given,the ground state ener-gy (the First Excitation State Energy)will increase with increasing inner radius,when inner radius is given,the ground state energy(the First Excitation State Energy)will decrease with increasing outer radius.关键词
