心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型建立方法的研究进展
Research Progress of Methods to Establish the Model of Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion Injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize an effective method on establishing the model of myocardial ischemia reperfu-sion injury. Methods:The Methods of establishing the model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion in vitro and in vivo were reviewed by literature retrieval. We used“myocardial ischemia reperfusion”as keywords and chose related lit-erature from January 1979 to February 2014 in CNKI and PubMed. Results:The reperfusion injury model for myo-cardial ischemia in vitro is mainly combined application of myocardial cells with hypoxia and glucose deprivation;an in vivo animal model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats, mice, rabbits, pigs and other experimental an-imal was established by heart in situ ligation method, mention line method(push tube method and pressure tube method) and luminal occlusion method. Conclusion: Selecting appropriate modeling method and making correct evaluation can provide scientific basis on research of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.关键词
