德都红花-7味散对酒精性脂肪肝的预防和治疗作用
The Preventive and Therapeutic Effects of Deduhonghua-7 Flavor Powder on Alcoholic Fatty Liver
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Deduhonghua-7 flavor powder and its optimized prescription on alcoholic fatty liver. Methods:The rats were randomly divided into four groups, the normal group was given distilled water by gavage, the other groups were given 40℃white wines(15 ml/kg·d-1)by gavage, continued for 16 weeks. The normal group was fed with common feed;the other groups were fed with high-fat feed. At the same time, the Deduhonghua-7 flavor powder group and the optimized Deduhonghua-7 flavor powder group were given medicine by gavage(0.6 g/kg·d-1). At the 16th weekend, the rats’serum was collected to detect four items of blood lipid and liver function index, the liver tissue pathological changes were observed by HE staining, the NF-KB, IL-1 activity and MDA level changes were tested by enzyme-linked immunoassays. Results:Compared with model group, Deduhonghua-7 flavor powder and its optimized prescription can reduce the serum LDL- C and CHO level caused by high fat diet and alcohol in fatty liver rats, increase A/G, reduce hepatic tissue pathological damage, de-crease the activity of NF-KB, IL-1 and the level of MDA. Conclusion:Deduhonghua-7 flavor powder has certain protective effect for fatty liver caused by high fat diet and alcohol.关键词
