高职院校养殖专业校企合作创新实践
Vocational School-enterprise Cooperation Innovative Practices of Higher Vocational Colleges′Breeding Major
摘要
Abstract
“School-enterprise cooperation”is based on mutual needs and common training of professional talents in a way. Higher breeding implement school-enterprise cooperation majors to cultivate students′comprehensive ability and quality of students into the community as a bridge and link. There are four ways for school-enterprise cooperation generally. First was order training;Second was“technology as a platform”to promote personnel training and joint development of production;Third was integration of industrial chain model to achieve school-enterprise cooperation; Fourth was colleges and enterprises totally fertilize talents. School-enterprise cooperation can not only improve the quality of talents, but also be help for professional development and curriculum development.关键词
