水利信息化发展水平评价指标体系研究
Research on Evaluation Index System of the Development Level of Water Resource Informatization
摘要
Abstract
In order to provide a scientific evaluation of regional difference of development level of wat er resource informatization, an evaluation index system of the development level of water resource informatization w as developed from the perspectives of water resource infrastructure, w ater resource business application, and w ater resource informat ion securit y environment based on the overal f ramework of w ater resource informatization construction and development mechanism of informatization. Mean-w hile, the content, building principle, basis, and scope of the index syst em were described. T he distinction and evaluat ion of the development level of water resource informat izat ion in different regions can provide references for the water resource informat i-zation in the future.关键词
