摘要
Abstract
The tube w ith abnormal shape and variable diameter has been w idely used recently, but it has a complex stress distri2 bution in the pipeline which has bought a lot of problems for engineering design and construction. Cracking often occurs in the pipelineinthepracticalapplications,resultinginadverseeffectssuchascuttingoffwaterandelectricitysupply,soitisnecessa2 ry to carry out numerical simulation analysis before design and construction. In this paper, the finite element analysis softw are FLUENT was used to simulate thedistribution of fluid velocity and pressure in the tube with abnormal shape and variable di2 ameterunderthesteadyandunsteadyflow conditions.Thesimulationresultsshowedthatthemiddlesectionofthetubehasthe maximum fluid velocity and minimum pressure under steady flow conditions,the one2third transition section in the entrance has themaximumpressureunderunsteadyflowconditions,andthepressurevariesfromsmalltolargetosmallintheentrancesec2 tion and varies from large to small to large in the exit section.关键词
