摘要

Abstract

The canal system in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion project has the operation mode of con-stant w at er level before the sluice gat e, which means that t he w ater level control point of the operat ion mode w ith constant dow nstream w ater level is located before the sluice gate in the dow nstream channel. The operation mode with const ant down-stream water level is beneficial for the channel design with the maximum w ater flow , minimum super high, and low cost. In t his paper, according to the response, recovery characteristics, and storage compensat e t ime of the operation mode w ith constant w a-ter level before the sluice gate, the operation cont rol method for constant w ater level before the sluice gate was proposed, and the feedforward cont rol strategy of storage compensation and w ater level feedback controller w ith cascade levels of water flow were designed. T he channels of the main canal in the Middle Route of South-to-north Water Diversion Project w ere used for t he re-search object, operation control simulations w ere performed under typical condit ions, and t he calculation results were compared wit h t hose of w ater flow compensation and conventional operation control method with constant dow nst ream water level, w hich confirmed the reliabilit y of operation control algorithm.
