构建高职校企深度合作生态圈的探索
Exploration on the Construction of University-Enterprise Deep Cooperation Ecosphere

Abstract
In recent years, higher vocational colleges have been exploring the route of cooperation between school and enterprise, but they got poor performance in the talent cultivation; therefore, the non-ecological phenomenon of“unilateral willingness”of schools is not improved obviously. Accordingly, this article analyzes the underlying reasons on the basis of the ecosystem structure theory and indicates that the driven force of promoting the university-enterprise cooperation is unified planning, layout and financial and policy support of government. Moreover, it proposes related countermeasures and suggestions, that is, government should be the leading role and schools should enhance the connotation construction and positive cooperation of enterprises, and finally, the whole society shall construct the university-enterprise cooperation ecosphere.关键词
