Abstract
On the basis of overall research of Nantong·1895 Cultural Creative Industrial Park, this paper ana-lyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of its development. Thus it presents staged ori-entation and exploitation process of Nantong·1895 Cultural Creative Industrial Park and the multi-layered sustainable development pattern led by government and attended by the public in order to protect community function and user rights and interests.关键词
