SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures on the Development of Nantong·1895 Cultural Creative Industrial Park
在对南通·1895文化创意产业园全面调研的基础上，分析了其发展的优势、劣势、挑战、机遇（SWOT），进而有针对性地提出南通·1895文化创意产业园阶段性定位及开发步骤，并提出由政府主导、公众参与，以保护社区功能、使用者权益为主要目标的多层次、可持续开发模式。
On the basis of overall research of Nantong·1895 Cultural Creative Industrial Park, this paper ana-lyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of its development. Thus it presents staged ori-entation and exploitation process of Nantong·1895 Cultural Creative Industrial Park and the multi-layered sustainable development pattern led by government and attended by the public in order to protect community function and user rights and interests.
