摘要

Abstract

In the process of 330 MW turbine units start after the capacity increases improvement, the second-order unbalance of generator rotor slants big,causes the relative bearing vibration over standard alarm,bring about the unit cannot pass the second-order critical speed of generator in the process of unit speeding up. Aiming at this problem, analyzes the generator and exciter rotor vibration,finds out the causes and puts forward corresponding processing method. The result shows that the main reason of generator vibration is the rotor unbalance,through dynamic balancing test, adds the weight on fan rings of both sides of the generator rotor,the generator successfully speeding up to the setting speed of 3 000 r/min,the shaft vibration of the unit reaches good level under steady load condition.
