摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of heat transfer component failure at hot end of No.1 boiler air preheater in Guangzhou Lixin Power Plant,by microscopic and macroscopic inspection analysis, finds the failure causes,makes corresponding improvement measure. The improvement result shows that by optimizing and adjusting soot blowing procedure,effectively solves the problem of damage and failure of air preheater component,ensures normal operation of boiler and units.
