潜水搅拌机射流特性研究
Jet Characteristics of Submersible Mixer
摘要
Abstract
To study the performance of submersible mixer,the fluid in the pool mixed by the submersible mixer is simulated using Fluent 6.3.MRF technology,k-εturbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm are adopted in the simulation,and the pool surface is handled by rigid-lid assumption.The distribution rules of velocity,axial velocity, radial velocity, circumferential velocity along radial are analyzed, and the attenuation law of velocity along axial is studied.The results show that the distribution of velocity,axial velocity,radial velocity,circumferential velocity along radial are Gaussian distribution,and maximum axial velocity along axial declines by the hyperbolic form.Jet characteristics is obvious in mixing flow.关键词
